5:30 pm Tuesdays - FREE ski valley employee yoga is back

7pm Tuesdays- Yoga for Functional Mobility Kari Malen

Do you use (and maybe sometimes abuse) your body? Then this class is for you!

Tuesday nights we focus on joint mobility, myofascial release, deep stretch, injury recovery, and down-regulation of the nervous system. 

Take time to repair, restore, renew, and improve your body's functionality. 75 minutes of goodness.

6pm Wednesday : Hatha- Flow with a Touch of Yin -Kaivalya

This class offers the perfect balance of strength and surrender to flow into stillness. Beginning with Hatha-inspired postures, we focus on alignment, breath, and building awareness in the body through slow, mindful movements. The flow of the sequence builds gentle heat, encouraging a deeper connection to your body’s natural rhythm. We work with traditional principles of yoga to incorporate body-mind & spirit. 

As we transition into the Yin portion, we slow down and hold postures for longer durations, inviting deep release in the muscles and connective tissues. This restorative practice helps unlock tension and cultivate stillness, promoting both physical and mental relaxation.

Ideal for all levels, this class allows you to explore the harmony between effort and ease, offering a nourishing experience that enhances flexibility, strength, and inner peace.

6pm Friday : 6-715- Soma Flow Abby 

All levels are invited to explore a vibey mix of breath, movement, and somatic exploration. This class Fuses Somatic tools for energetic tonification and sedation, spinal spiraling, and shaking to regulate the nervous system and bring body/mind/spirit back into Harmony. All offered within an accessible range of postures. So whether your body needs rest or a restart there's a pathway available to explore.

Step into a sacred two-hour journey of Hatha Yoga Sādhanā, where tradition meets transformation, and each element of the practice is honored in its fullest expression. Inspired by the timeless principles of Hatha Yoga and the soulful teachings of Dharma Mittra, this once-a-month gathering invites you to weave balance, mindfulness, and connection into every layer of your being and experience a profound transformation.

Begin with the alchemy of pranayama, awakening the breath to calm the mind and energize the body. Flow through a carefully crafted sequence of Hatha Yoga postures designed to strengthen, align, and unlock the body’s innate wisdom. Sink deeper into the magic of meditation, where stillness and clarity reveal themselves and conclude with a restorative Savasana, inviting profound relaxation and integration to take root.

Open to practitioners of all levels, this is more than a class—it’s a ritual, a celebration, and an immersion into the mystical depths of yoga. Regardless of your experience, this gathering is a space where you can come as you are and leave radiant, centered, and deeply connected to the essence of your being.
